BMS Racing does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website.

BMS Racing reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.

Ordering Method

BMS Racing website www.bms-racing.com offers on-line purchasing. Orders via phone or email will also be accepted.

Product Availability

Product availability displayed on the website reflects the quantity on hand at our stores at the time of purchase, combined with quantity information provided to us by the supplying manufacturer. Availability is subject to change without notice, and BMS Racing does not guarantee that a product shown as in stock will remain available between the time it is viewed and the time an order is placed. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, BMS Racing will contact the customer to arrange a substitution, backorder, or refund.

Currency Used

On the website (www.bms-racing.com) the nominated currency used for all transactions is $US.

Pricing

BMS Racing reserves the right to change prices without notice.

All prices and orders are displayed and processed in US Dollars (USD), and will include Sales Tax (6%) for all orders being delivered within Florida.

Acceptance of Goods

On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage.

Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer's responsibility to notify BMS Racing as soon as possible. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
