BMS Racing does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website.
BMS Racing reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at anytime without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.
BMS Racing website www.bms-racing.com offers on-line purchasing. Orders via phone or email will also be accepted.
On the website (www.bms-racing.com) the nominated currency used for all transactions is $US.
BMS Racing will publish or display the current shipping rates on the websites as applicable.
Shipping rates may vary or be waived as part of promotions or sales on the website and the part or fully discounted shipping may cease at any time at the discretion of BMS Racing.
BMS Racing reserves the right to change any or all of the following, at any time:
- Shipping rates charged to any destination
- Delivery method
- Carrier or shipping provider
SHIPPING WITH USA
Online Orders for delivery within the USA are normally dispatched the same day or next business day; please allow 1-7 days for delivery. Please note, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
BMS Racing ships to most destinations around the world. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery. Please note, we are unable to deliver to PO Box Addresses.
BMS Racing does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
International customers will need to check with their local customs office in regard to what, if any, duty you may be liable for when the order arrives.
Please note shipping rates do not cover any import liabilities that may be applied by the Government of the destination country.
By confirming a purchase you are accepting responsibility for all Custom Charges incurred. You will be importing goods into your destination country. BMS Racing wishes to remind you that as the importer of goods you are legally responsible for any taxes, duties, and charges by your Government.
BMS Racing do not have any control over customs charges and are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations and compliance's. If you are concerned about what charges you may be liable for, please check with your local customs office before proceeding to checkout. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Under no circumstances will BMS Racing Components accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges. Orders cannot be returned to sender.
DISPATCH OF ORDERS
Orders are normally dispatched the same day or next business day subject to all ordered items being in stock.
If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email.
ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage.
Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer's responsibility to notify BMS Racing as soon as possible. Please see Returns Policy for more information.
BMS Racing reserves the right to change prices without notice.
All prices and orders are displayed and processed in US Dollars (USD). and will include Sales Tax (6%) for all orders being delivered within Florida.
Orders placed online are eligible for return within 14 days (domestic returns) or 30 days (international returns) once purchase is received.
Refunds can only be provided by returning the product with a completed 'Returns Slip' which will be enclosed with your order. To obtain a copy of this form please email email@example.com:
Refunds are offered on full price items from orders within 14 days of payment, given the Returns Slip has been completed and the item is in its original condition, UNUSED.
Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once placed and you have received your order confirmation. Please follow the returns process if your wish to make changes to your order.
In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, BMS Racing reserves the right to withdraw an item from sale, and to refuse or cancel orders.
BMS Racing will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received. This means that the credit card used to purchase the goods would be the destination of any credit that may be available.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept a return of an unused item within 14 business days (domestic returns) or 30 days (international returns) once purchase is received. Items should be in the original condition and unused.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
- Enclosed in your Online BMS Racing Order you will find a Returns Slip. This must be filled in and sent back with your return.
- Fill in the Returns Slip with your Name and Order Number
- Let us know the reason for the Return

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
We will credit your original method of payment minus original shipping charges and duties paid.
HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE TO BE PROCESSED?
Once your Return arrives within the warehouse please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalized.
CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?
All Sale Items purchased are final sale and cannot be returned. We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges on Sale Items.
WHAT IF I PURCHASE A FULL PRICE ITEM WITH A DISCOUNT CODE DURING A SALE?
You may return full priced items bought with a discount code for full refund of purchase price.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
If you have received a faulty item please email Info@bms-racing.com to arrange a replacement item.
WHAT IF I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM?
If you have received an item you did not order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange the dispatch of the correct item and return of the incorrect item.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING MY RETURN?
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so you may want to send it fully tracked for peace of mind.
Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however, if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 2 months of purchase. Anything outside of this time frame will be up to our discretion. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
We will happily accept a return of an item which has not been used in anyway and is returned in its original condition for a full refund. Please return within 14 business days for USA and 30 business days for International from the date you received the parcel. Sale items cannot be returned for a refund and are final sale. The Return shipping is payable by the customer and it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery. BMS Racing are not responsible for the loss of a returned parcel and the original payment of shipping will not be refunded. We will process your refund within 10 business days of the return arriving to our warehouse, followed by a confirmation email. BMS Racing reserves the right to deny a refund of the merchandise returned if they do not meet the requirements of our Return Policy.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
HOW FAST WILL YOUR ORDER BE PROCESSED?
We are very proud of how quickly we process order. We aim to ship the same day or the next business day, depending on how busy we are.
Shipping costs vary and are based on the size and weight of the individual item ordered. The amount due will be calculated at the check out for you. To ensure reliable, fast and economic shipping BMS Racing use a variety of shipping companies including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Please note, we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

CUSTOMS/IMPORT TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own countries. BMS Racing will declare FULL $ value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. Unfortunately BMS Racing CAN NOT put a lower value on the parcel. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
DOMESTIC ORDERS USA:
Please allow 1-7 days for delivery. You will receive an email from us letting you know that your order has been shipped along with a tracking number.

International shipments will be assessed on an individual basis so we can provide you with quotations to ensure the best option for you is arranged.
