REPLACEMENT CARTRIDGE SEALS 2EA

What is it?
The InnTeck Low Friction Cartridge Seal kit replaces the stock cartridge rod seals and air
divider piston seals 
Why?
The Fork features many internal seals and 5 of the 6 seals are subject to
very high pressure. High pressure on a seal results in a tighter seal and therefore much more
seal drag (friction) when compared to other production forks.
How?
InnTeck utilized world class Italian bearing and seal manufacturer SKF’s expertise in creating
replacement seals that feature less seal drag (friction) and also seal better. This was
accomplished by using an SKF proprietary seal material and improved seal design. Doing so
allowed InnTeck to accomplish better sealing capabilities, less drag, and being able to use 1
seal in place of 3. Therefore eliminating two points of seal drag!
Results:
The decreased fork seal drag (friction) makes for a better performing and smoother feeling
fork.

Glide kit for the WP 48 mm AER forks

The red box include for the internal cartridges (both Air and Oil side):

• 1 x 24mm SKF piston seal for the Air side
• 1 x special alu made SKF piston seal support/seat
• 1 x 12mm SKF cartridge for the Air side
• 1 x special Alu made SKF cartridge seal cartridge cap.
• 1 x 12mm SKF cartridge for the Oil dumper side
• 1 x special Alu made SKF cartridge seal cartridge cap.
• The box will include video and printed instructions.
