The SX-1 Plasma Knee Protector features a Plasma Knee Protector embedded into a highly ventilated semi-rigid frame construction for superior impact protection, while the integrated Dual Gear System (DGS) promotes the natural articulation of the knee.

KEY FEATURES

Nucleon Plasma: Features a Nucleon Plasma knee protector that is constructed from a USDA BIOBASED certified viscoelastic material, which is molded into a structure that is pliable in all directions while maintaining the ability to dissipate impact energy.
Dual density co-injected frame for a supportive structure with unrivaled comfort and adaptability: Engineered with a scooped lower extension made from a soft polymeric blend to avoid any pressure points associated with a hard edge from occurring as a result of the boot pushing against the protector.
The same scooped design is also applied to the upper extension, and this prevents the protector digging into the skin and causing discomfort while riding.
Controlled natural movement: DGS – Dual Gear System, both the upper and lower frames have integrated gear profiles that ensure a smooth hinge function to promote the natural articulation of the knee.
The ergonomically sculptured frames of the SX-1 Plasma Knee Protector feature strategically positioned over-injected rigid and flexible shells to ensure the frames adapt to a wide variety of leg circumferences.
The Patella System is engineered to offer full coverage of the knee cup regardless of the degree of extension while the rigid outer Patella System shell prevents injuries from handlebar strikes.
