Sea-Doo New OEM Mechanical Reverse Calibrated Actuator, 27800360

The MLS gasket is compromised of three layers of Stainless Steel. Cometic uses Stainless steel for increased strength, it’s ability to rebound and corrosion resistance. The outer layers of the gasket are embossed and coated on both sides with a flouroelastometer rubber based material (viton) designed to meet the demands of a variety of harsh sealing environments, load conditions and surface finishes. The Viton coating is heat resistant to 250 C or 482 F.

Let your engine breathe better! This kit allows you to easily remove the restrictive filter element from inside the intake manifold. Removing the restriction increases horsepower and allows for gains of ~1 PSI of boost pressure. Included is a cutting guide for the required 3-1/8” (79mm) hole saw that’s needed to remove the filter element (hole saw sold separately). The void left by the filter element is filled with the provided precision machined billet aluminum block-off plug with o-ring seals and also includes a 2-piece billet aluminum clamp to secure the block-off plug in place. The block-off plug also features a 1/8” NPT threaded port that allows you to connect a vacuum line to work with a wide array of accessories such as blow off valves, boost gauges, or rising rate fuel pressure regulators. All the aluminum components are anodized for increased corrosion protection.

The Original Factory oil filter is the best way to ensure quality fit and function. Filters should be replaced with each oil change as specified by the manufacturer. Used in all 900ACE 60hp & 90hp Spark, GTS 90 & GTI 90 models
